Who is it for?
Suraksha Sarthi is a program, which is aimed at Unveiling talents of young India and creating opportunities through skill development for:

• Individuals who have average or below average skill set
• Individuals who have been out of employment for some time
• Individuals who have no or limited, clear ideas about any particular core skills

How can it help?

• Suraksha Sarthi offers support for individuals that require a 'stepping stone' approach before they can prove to employers that, they are ready for sustained employment.
• Those undergoing the Suraksha Sarthi program will gain support from an expert to help develop their core skills on job training, supported work environments and real work placements. The individual will participate in a minimum of 50 hours of training; 1-2 days per week.
